These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crimson Music web application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using Crimson Music

You may use Crimson Music for personal, non-commercial music discovery, streaming, playlist management, and related features. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us through the project contact if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content and intellectual property

Crimson Music’s interface, branding, code, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Music, artwork, names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms and restrictions.

Availability and changes

The service may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued at any time. Features and music availability can depend on third-party services, network conditions, storage limits, and licensing. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.

No warranties

Crimson Music is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability of any specific content, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crimson Music and its maintainer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Crimson Music evolves. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
