Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Crimson Music collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Crimson Music web application.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide music and personalization features, synchronize saved content, maintain your session, respond to reports, prevent abuse, and improve Crimson Music.

Service providers

Crimson Music uses Google Firebase services for authentication, database, and file delivery, and Google as an optional sign-in provider. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Data retention and security

We retain account and app data while your account is active or as needed to operate and protect the service. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can use email-based authentication instead of Google sign-in, clear locally stored data through your browser, and request access to or deletion of your account data. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Children’s privacy

Crimson Music is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
